Vehicle Registration ek process hai jisme aapke vehicle ko unique registration number diya jaata hai (jaise MH02-AB-1234). Iss number se aapki gaadi RTO ke records me aa jaati hai.
📍 New Vehicle Registration Ka Process (Dealer ke through)
- Vehicle purchase karne ke baad dealer aapke behalf par RTO me registration file karta hai
- Dealer submit karta hai:
- Invoice
- Form 20 (application for registration)
- Form 21 (Sale Certificate)
- Form 22 (Roadworthiness certificate from manufacturer)
- Insurance copy
- Temporary registration (TR number)
- Owner ID proof, address proof
- RTO me verification, biometric, inspection hota hai
- Fees pay ki jaati hai (Registration + HSRP + Smart Card)
- Permanent number allot hota hai (MHxx-xx-xxxx)
- Within 7–15 din aapko RC smart card mil jaata hai

New vehicle ke liye ab HSRP number plate bhi mandatory hai – jo registration ke time hi dealer fit karwata hai.
